Refund policy
Medicines and healthcare products are generally non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was delivered, the product arrived damaged, expired, or items were missing. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with seals intact. Opened medicines, prescription drugs, temperature-sensitive items, and personal care products cannot be returned unless there was a pharmacy error.
Approved returns may be refunded or replaced. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
